Also looking forward to The Princess and the Frog which also features one of Disney's first major black characters. It is important for all kids to see positive black role models on the big screen. Arguably, part of President Obama's appeal to youth is due to Bill Cosby's appeal as Dr. Huxtable. Which raises a question, what up with TV? Other than cable where are major, nee lead black characters?
