He has already frustrated me and his base, with his conflicting signals on his priority issue, why not frustrate his legislative allies, whose votes he needs for this and anything else he wants to do as president? Jon Stewart's remark that he doesn't know if PBO is a Jedi master playing 3 dimensional chess or way in over his head, tips more to the latter with this statement.
