Looking for CRM/ERP leads

I'm thinking about going into business with a software consulting business that installs Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resources Program (ERP) software. We are targeting manufacturing companies, because my partner comes out of that industry, the industry is starting to embrace CRM/ERP, and the competition is focused on other industries such as the financial, insurance and government markets. I am interested in making a presentation to your business clients about the benefits of CRM/ERP and the newest trend which is connecting social networking to these types of systems. I think CRM/ERP is an opportunity for your student clients also, look at any jobs website and you will see there are a lot of job ads for people in these fields. Please let me know if you have any ideas for developing company leads through your organizations or suggestions for others I should be contacting.
